Environment
Due to the need to expand our office space to accommodate our ever growing work force and the inability to expand horizontally or vertically, a 'branch' office was set up in the building across the street. Our maiden office, houses the reception area, a spacious conference room, two editing rooms and a number of discussion studios. Our office at Phileo 1 is the place where we greet our clients and meet up with them to discuss their wants and needs. Presentations are also conducted in this office. We also display all our master pieces here under the watchful eyes of our mascot, the Silver Ant.

On the other hand, our 2nd office at Phileo 1 is the site where all the wonderful creations are animated by our team of dedicated CG Artists. This office also houses our work stations which conceptualizes the vital ingredient of being at the same place and at the same time. |
| The workforce at Silver Ant virtually 'live' in our offices and strong friendship amongst them as colleagues are forged resulting in the formation of a Dynamic Team. The team literally 'work' and 'party' as a family in the conducive environment that we have at Silver Ant. Encouragement amongst colleagues are reinforced by healthy exercises of having a selection of the best works being displayed on the bulletin board. |

The sense of belonging is also 'animated' by the employees of Silver Ant by the manner in which they 'personalize' their work stations with their personal belongings. These include figurines from the shows 'The Simpsons', 'The Nightmare Before Christmas', Mario collectibles and others. This in turn creates a vibrant atmosphere in the entire office leading to having the most unique and ideal work environment being created by the Dynamic Team themselves.
